🎧New podcast episode! This week we are joined by prominent civic leader Ana Guerrero. Ana is the Founder of Guerrero Strategies and the former Chief of Staff to Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti. She is someone who has dedicated her life to public service and has built an incredibly impressive track record running organizations, leading campaigns, building coalitions, and operationalizing public policy. Ana has been the force behind many historic political victories like raising the minimum wage, securing the Olympic and Paralympic Games for Los Angeles, leading the city’s historic pandemic response efforts and much, much more.

Ana is a very close friend of mine, a fellow fitness enthusiast, a mentor, and my hiking partner. She’s an incredibly thoughtful person and has such a magnetic personality that she becomes a leader wherever she goes. In many ways, this engaging conversation was a continuation of the many talks we have had on our long morning hikes together and I am so excited to share it with all of you.
